Man Seriously Injured in Hulhumale Car Accident

CCTV footage of the incident shows the man pulling over and taking out his phone just before a high-speed red car lost control and struck him. The impact caused the man to fall off the car, and the vehicle subsequently collided with a tree, causing significant damage to its front end.
