138 To be Honored with National Award for Public Service

The recipients were selected by the National Awards Committee, appointed by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, from a pool of nominees.

Among the honorees are 70 individuals who have dedicated over 43 years of service to the state, having been referred by the President to the committee.

An official ceremony to present the awards will be held at the Social Center on the night of July 26, in celebration of Independence Day.

The award recognizes those who have worked for over 35 years in a government office, state-owned enterprise, or a government-majority company, highlighting their competent and sincere contributions to their institutions' development.

Each recipient will receive a shield, a badge of honor, and a certificate in recognition of their service.
