Cooking Simplicity- Three Ingredient Recipes: Nutella Doughnuts

Ingredients 

  • 0.6 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbs plain flour

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 160C and grease your doughnut pan with flavourless oil OR turn on your doughnut maker (you won't need any oil if you use the latter).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a medium snap lock bag and cut the corner tip off. Pipe the mixture into the doughnut pans until each is approximately 2/3 full.
  • If using a doughnut pan, bake in the oven for around 10 minutes until they spring back when pressed. If using a mini doughnut maker, bake for 2-3 minutes.
