Cooking Simplicity- Three Ingredient Recipes: Cake balls

Ingredients 

• 600g iced white chocolate mud cake
• 400g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Block, chopped
• Hundreds & thousands, to sprinkle

Preparation

• Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use your hands to break the mud cake into small pieces (including the icing) until coarsely crumbed. Roll one tbs of the mixture firmly into a ball. Transfer to the prepared tray. 
• Repeat with the remaining mixture to make 24 balls.

  Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water). Stir until the chocolate has melted. Remove the bowl from the pan.

• Spread on the plate.
