51 Indian Military Personnel Repatriated from Maldives

In a press conference at the President's Office today, Chief Spokesperson Heena Waleed announced that a total of 51 Indian military personnel from two locations in the Maldives have been repatriated.

Responding to a journalist's question, she confirmed that the remaining Indian officers will depart by Friday, May 10. Heena stated that all Indian military personnel in the country will be withdrawn by May 10, with 51 soldiers from two platforms already repatriated.

The first batch of Indian military personnel left the Maldives in early March, followed by the departure of the second batch in April. Additionally, Heena mentioned that the number of foreign troops in the Maldives will be disclosed once all foreign military personnel have left the country.
